here is my story
May of 2010 I attended an informational meeting at my chiropractors office about Achieving Optimal Health. At the time I was the owner of the Executive Forum Barbershop in Des Moines Iowa. I was tired, my legs were sore from standing all day and I had no energy. I listened to the presenter, David Bush (see Quick Start Guide pg.11). David challenged me to try if for 30 days and I said yes. Three weeks into the program I was on my morning walk. It was a beautiful sunny day and I felt incredible, I reflected back to one of my best days ever and that was the day after I had run my first marathon. I felt as good as that day and that was 20 years earlier! I was hooked and for the first time in a long time I knew that I would be able to get down to my goal weight of 175 lbs (my marathon weight). Take Shape for Life, my health coach and the surrounding support system has literally changed my life. I now have reached my goal weight and have kept it off. It's hard to explain the change that will happen to you, that you will discover on your own journey to Optimal Health as Dr A say's a healthy weight is just the beginning, and I look forward to what else is in store.
